Races
The available races and what they change.
What a race does
Pick your race in Dashboard → Settings → Species / Race. Picking one fills in four of your settings with that race's values:
- Fertility Chance — your base chance of conceiving.
- Pregnancy Term — how many RP days a pregnancy lasts.
- Multiple Egg Chance and Max Eggs — how likely you are to release more than one egg, and how many.
They are only a starting point. You can change any of them afterwards in Cycle Timing, and picking a race again resets them to that race's values.
Your race is also passed on: each baby usually takes one parent's race at random, with a small chance of something else.

Real days assume the default 12-hour RP day.

Don't see yours? Type a name into Suggest a new race under Species / Race. An admin reviews suggestions and adds the ones that fit.
