Every pill, injection and test, the womb patch, and how to use them.
Getting items
Items are kept on your account as a count — you can see how many you have on your Dashboard under Consumables. You get them by:
Using an item
Each kind of item has its own in-world object. With your Fertility HUD on:
- Wear the item object. It checks how many you have and tells you. If you have none, it takes itself off.
- Touch it. A list shows you first, then up to 8 people within 10 m who wear a Fertility HUD.
- Pick who to use it on. One is used up.
Using an item on yourself always works straight away. On someone else, it works straight away only if they allow force; otherwise they get an Accept / Decline dialog and have 60 seconds to answer. Nothing is used up if they decline.
The items

Pills vs. injections
- Pills build up. Each person can take only one dose of each pill per RP day. Each dose adds to the effect, and the whole thing lasts 7 RP days from your latest dose — keep taking them to keep it up.
- Injections hit at full strength straight away but wear off after half an RP day (6 real hours by default). There is no daily limit.
- The same kind of boost from different sources adds together, but never goes past that boost's cap — a Fertiva-20 pill and injection together still top out at +25%.
Cessera works the same way as the other pills: the count goes up by one per daily dose. While it is skipping your fertile stage, each skipped fertile stage uses up four doses' worth.
