Milk & Nursing

When milk starts, nursing sessions, and milk pumps.

When milk starts

You need breasts to make milk. Without anything extra, milk only comes during a pregnancy that has been discovered, starting 40% of the way through — day 112 of a 280-day term.

Two things can start it sooner:

  • Lactagen (pill or doctor's injection) — starts milk straight away during a known pregnancy and lasts until the 40% point, when your body takes over.
  • Prolacta-X (pill or doctor's therapy) — makes milk for 365 RP days whether you are pregnant or not.

Milk is emptied as soon as you stop being able to make it — usually right after the birth.

How much

  • You make 0.1 ml every 10 real minutes at the start, rising to 0.15 ml by full term.
  • You hold up to 20 ml.
  • Sperm Drinker (from swallowing) raises it by up to 30%.

A partner can see how full you are with Check: from slightly swollen at 4 ml, to full and swollen at 10 ml, to heavy and engorged at 20 ml.

Nursing

Nurse Milk appears in the Menu when your partner has breasts, is known to be pregnant, and has some milk. They get a dialog to Allow or Refuse; if you are forcing them, it is allowed automatically.

  • A session is up to 50 sips of 0.1 ml, one about every 10 seconds — 5 ml in roughly 8 minutes.
  • Progress floats over your Menu button. Your partner sees how much they have left.
  • It ends when the 50 sips are done, they run dry, you click Menu, or either of you leaves the region.

Nursing gives you Milk Drinker: +1% semen production for every ml you have ever nursed, up to +20%. It lasts 2 RP days and is renewed each time you nurse.

A partner who is making milk only from Prolacta-X, without a known pregnancy, cannot be nursed.

Milk pumps

A milk pump is a separate in-world object that draws milk from its owner's own breasts.

  • Touch it for a menu: Pump starts drawing, Fill and Empty move milk between two of your pumps.
  • It draws 0.2 ml every 30 seconds and holds up to 20 ml. It stops when it is full or you run dry.
  • Your pumps are listed on your Dashboard under Equipment, where you can also delete one.
