Doctor Program
Becoming a doctor, ranks and unlocks, and a patient's guide.
What doctors do
Doctors are players who wear a separate Doctor HUD alongside their normal one. They can examine patients, tell them whether they are pregnant and who the father is, give injections and implants, help with labor, and more. Everything a doctor does needs the patient's consent, every time.
To find one, open the Finder and set Role to Doctors Only. Doctors on duty are listed first, then by rating.
Being a patient
- The doctor asks to examine you. Your HUD shows an Accept / Decline dialog for 60 seconds.
- Once you accept, they can check things — pregnancy, paternity, your active boosts, pregnancy progress and labor — without asking again.
- Every procedure asks for your consent separately, and shows what it costs.
- Paid procedures come out of your fertility points. If you don't have enough, it doesn't happen.
After a paid procedure, a Leave a Review card appears on your Dashboard's Doctor tab. Rate the doctor from 1 to 5 stars and, if you like, write a short comment. It shows on their profile.

Becoming a doctor
- Open your Dashboard's Doctor tab and start the tutorial: five short pages, then a five-question quiz.
- Pass the quiz and you are registered as an Intern.
- Get a Doctor HUD and pair it the same way as your normal HUD. It only works once you are registered.
On the Doctor tab you can go on duty, write office notes for your Finder card, choose to appear only to players on your grid, and hide the text of reviews (the stars always count).

You earn XP:
- 5 XP for each exam a patient accepts.
- 1 XP per point a patient pays for a procedure. Free procedures earn nothing.
- 5 XP when a patient leaves you a review.
Admins can remove a doctor's registration if the role is abused.
